A businees premise we know and love:
trying to capitalize on hippie values.
My buddy Josh and I decided to open a record label to release my album Uno. We figured whatever progress we make or lessons learned should be applied to more releases in the future. It’s been tough. Record labels need money, and they don’t always give it back!
A hippie in Montana told Josh, “good luck on your cosmic journey” like in 2006, so he had the idea to call his label that but international you know, because the cosmos isn’t enough, and SA de CV which means “public limited company with variable capital” (google translates) in Mexico, because that constitues an eterprise and we are in the cosmos’ business.
Anyways, in terms of design work I do the logos (we have a lot of variations), merch (we are about to open our online stores with posters, t-shirts, CDs and cassettes), magazine ads, and whatever else we might need to communicate.
Here’s a few of those things and you can check our website, too.
